Beth Rodden’s Vegan Banana Bread

3 overripe bananas
1/4 cup grape seed oil
1/4 cup sugar/agave syrup/maple syrup/honey/your choice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teasp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
I like to add chocolate chips and walnuts too!!

Mix up and bake at 350 in a square pan.
This is really good!

    How long do you bake this for?

    I think for about 40 minutes, but make sure to check it. when the top is brown, it’s usually done.
