My Favorite Vegan Cornbread Recipe
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour or whole wheat pastry flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup corn (if you want)
1 cup onion (if you want)
or 1 cup diced red bell pepper (if you want)
1 3/4 cups soy milk + 1 T apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tablespoon grapeseed oil
Bake in oiled castiron skillet or square pan, 350 degrees about 35 minutes.
This is the best!!

Hi Steph !
how are you ? I don’t know if you remember me, I am peewee’s grilfriend, we met in Rifle this summer. I hope you are climbing and jumping a lot ?! Tell us if you come back in Quebec, you are welcome to come to our house.
I want to make your Cornbread recipe, but I was wondering what means the “T” quantity of apple cider and grapeseed oil ? I tried to translate in French but I am not sure !!
Thank you,

The T means Tablespoon. If it is a small t, then that is a teaspoon. I will go back and fix those so other people aren’t confused too
J’espere que tu auras un bel automne!
