    Hi Steph !
how are you ? I don’t know if you remember me, I am peewee’s grilfriend, we met in Rifle this summer. I hope you are climbing and jumping a lot ?! Tell us if you come back in Quebec, you are welcome to come to our house.

I want to make your Cornbread recipe, but I was wondering what means the “T” quantity of apple cider and grapeseed oil ? I tried to translate in French but I am not sure !!

    Thank you,
    Nadine

Hi Nadine!! Nice to hear from you! I am climbing and jumping tons, and it is great. I would love to come visit you guys.
    You will love this cornbread.
The T means Tablespoon. If it is a small t, then that is a teaspoon. I will go back and fix those so other people aren’t confused too :)
J’espere que tu auras un bel automne!

    Salut a Peewee aussi!

Where do you get grape seed oil and is there a substitution for it?

  • Steph Davis

Hi Sabrina, you can get it in any health food store, and they also sell it in big  grocery stores.  If you don’t have any grapeseed oil, try canola oil instead. :)

a 1-to-1 substitution of applesauce for the fat in most baked good recipes like this one tend to work well too
